Scheme 45 – The Next Big Thing

Housing and real estate sometimes seems a daunting task in Karachi, however Scheme 45 is a safe and sure ongoing scheme for people who wish or do savings to have their own home. Located alongside Northern Bypass (M-10), it aims to facilitate commerce and trade activities, the area is not only a promising business hub in future but also because of growing population influx in Karachi city, it has now primed with a series of housing projects and development schemes.

The Karachi Northern Bypass (M-10) has been designed as a 4-lane highway, passes through the Taiser Town commencing from the Superhighway (M9) and covering 38 Km distance to Hub River Road with innumerable developments on both sides of Bypass.

A tranquil and suitable area ideal for residential projects and peaceful living, Scheme 45 have clean atmosphere and carbon emissions is almost zero here. A quality and healthy life may not only be lived here but also with modern amenities and facilities a handsome lifestyle can also be maintained easily. It is something, which is scarce in downtown Karachi.

Apart from residential projects, the Scheme 45 is termed as the future commercial hub of Pakistan because of rising business and development activities alongside Northern Bypass. The M10 has been declared one of the vital segments of CPEC which connects the Karachi Port with the rest of Pakistan and that invites businessmen to benefit from the potential of Scheme 45. The government is planning to establish whole sale markets in the neighborhood in order to facilitate residents of this area.
